Rekovac-based Vinarija Levac winery put up for sale
Privatization Agency has advertised a public auction for the sale of the immovable property of Rekovac-based Vinarija Levac winery in bankruptcy, putting the company's wine cellar and new administrative building on auction block.
The auction will be held March 14th in Paracin, and it will be conducted by Bankruptcy Manager Sasa Jovanovic.
Among the items going on auction block are also a service building, warehouse, still room, two reception desks, old administrative building, orchards, vineyards and agricultural land, as well as a complete equipment for making wine.
The estimated value of this property is RSD 148,032,724, and the starting price at the public auction is set at RSD 74,016,362, reads an ad published by the Privatization Agency.
The Agency has advertised the public auction for the sale of Vinarija Levac's property on the basis of a decision on bankruptcy made by a bankruptcy judge of the Kragujevac Court of Commerce.
