Gebrüder Weiss Serbia partners up with cargo transportation network
Gebruder Weiss, with the headquarters in Dobanovci, Belgrade has partnered up with the cargo transportation network System Alliance Europe, which gathers 52 partners with 183 plants in 26 European countries, Gebruder Weiss said in a release.
- I am glad that the Gebruder Weiss company is now also represented by its Serbian office in the System Alliance Europe network. Not only do we meet the highest requirements in Serbia in terms of service, but we also offer regular services to Montenegro and other countries in southeast Europe - said Wolfgang Niessner, chairman of the Gebrüder Weiss Managing Board.
Gebruder Weiss d.o.o. is part of the company Gebruder Weiss Holding AG headquartered in Lauterach, Austria. This company is 100-percent owned by families Weiss and Jerie. The office in Serbia was opened in 2004 and its 130 employees handle over 30,000 consignments a year.
System Alliance Europe will continue to further expand its network in order to achieve a dense network structure.
- Contracts in another four countries are due to be signed soon - said Uwe Meyer, manager at System Alliance Europe.
