Company "Hewlett-Packard" dominates PC market in Serbia

According to the results of the research done by company "IDC Adriatic" for the second quarter of the year 2006, company "Hewlett-Packard" (HP) took the first place in the turnover of personal computers on the market of Serbia and Montenegro.

Twice as much as closest competitors

The turnover company HP realized in the second quarter of year 2006 brought market share of 15.7% and the sales worth nearly 5m USD. The leading world supplier of the equipment made the best results in Serbia and Montenegro in the domain of table computers and intel-based servers.

Total of 2,193 computers and 276 servers have been sold, which is, by both quantity and value, twice as much as the sales registered by the closest competitor.
