"Delta" and "Agrokor" reached agreement on cooperation and joint appearance

The president of "Delta holding", Miroslav Mišković, and the president of Croatian "Agrokor", Ivica Todorić, had reached the agreement on future business cooperation between the retail network of the two companies, "Delta" confirmed.

- At the meeting that was held in Belgrade, they spoke about the future business cooperation between the retail networks of the two companies, joint appearance in the region in field of trade and about the investments in food-processing industry - said Brana Milunov from "Delta’s" PR Sector.

The agreement reached by Mišković and Todorić on strategic merging and cooperation in field of retail trade should enable undisturbed access of Serbian goods to Croatian market and the goods of Croatian manufacturers to Serbian market.
