As the company announced on the website of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, 362 shares (0.21 percent of the outstanding stock) were bought back in the trading between December 4 and 6.
Alfa Plam repurchased these shares at the price of RSD 5,300 apiece.
By the way, the decision to buy back own shares was adopted by Alfa Plam's Executive Board at a phone meeting on September 18th, with the aim of "protecting the interest of stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of company's development plans, and preventing an immediate and greater damage to the society from happening."
