New line for salty sticks in "Soko Štark", investment worth 2.5m EUR
After two weeks of trial production and signing of the attestation with German manufacturer "Verner Flaiderer", the new line for production of salty sticks has been put into operation and works at full steam in company "Soko Štark".
According to the announcement, it is the latest technology in the production of salty sticks.
Amount of 2.5m EUR has been invested in the new line. That investment is a part of the projected and realized investments in the modernization of production in amount of 8m EUR, which made investment plan for this year fulfilled.
Assembling of lines was finished at the end of June through cooperation between engineers of "Soko Štark" and linemen from Germany. Production of salty sticks has been brought into accord with HACCP standards.
The company announced that it would invest another 8.5m EUR in the procurement of new machines in 2007. The plan is that the factory ends this year with produced 20,000 tons of confectionery products.
