Announcement of sale of military property of Serbia

Republic Directorate for Property of Serbia announced tender for sale of military real estates in five cities, total value of which amounts to about 113m CSD.

According to the tender announced in newspaper "Politika", the real estates that are not necessary for functioning of the Army are offered for sale.

Office space, outlets and warehouses in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Bačka Topola are offered for sale.

Military complex "Ušće" in Kraljevo is offered for sale, as well as the Club of the Army of SCG in Bela Crkva.

The deadline for submittal of bids is 15 days from the day the tender was announced. The right to participate have all juristic and physical persons who meet the requirements. The bids are delivered to the address of the Republic Directorate for Property settled in 8 Gračanička Street in Belgrade.

The real estates can be bought as a whole as seen, without any right to later complaints.
