Bosch starts construction of factory in Pecinci on September 25th
Bosch has announced that the construction of its factory for producing wiper systems for cars in Pecinci will kick off 25 September 2012. The foundation stone laying ceremony will be attended by Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic.
As it was earlier announced, about EUR 70 million will be invested in the new factory. The first phase of construction, which will see the completion of 22,000 square meters of space, should be finished by as early as December, whereas the start of production is expected in early 2013, when 60 people will be hired.
The second phase of construction will commence in 2016, and Bosch plans to increase the number of workers at that factory to 620 until 2019.
