Five new transportation laws prepared
The Ministry of Transport has prepared five new laws pertaining to several forms of transportation, which are all fully harmonized with European standards.
Drafts of the Law on Railways, Law on Rail Transport Safety and Interoperability, Law on Road Freight Transport, Law on Nationality and Registration of Vessels, and the Law on Multilateral Convention in Rail Transport are already in the legislative process, the ministry announced.
These bills should first be adopted by the Serbian government, and people at the Ministry of Transport expect them then to be forwarded to the republic parliament as well.
The Ministry of Transport has no doubt that these new legal solutions will significantly improve working and operating conditions in different forms of transportation.
