Napred increases its stake in Energoprojekt to 11.95 percent
The construction company Napred was the largest buyer of Energoprojekt shares last week, when over four percent of shares in this company were traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.
With these acquisitions, Napred has increased its stake in the largest domestic construction company to 11.95 percent, Energoprojekt announced on its website.
Napred's stake in Energoprojekt was somewhat over three percent at the beginning of this year, while intensive acquisitions during the year have made it the second largest shareholder of this company, right after the state that owns 33.6 percent of Energoprojekt shares. Most of the shares traded last week were sold at the price of about RSD 440.
