Bambi starts planned transfer of 40% shares to Imlek
Danube Foods Group (DFG) is planning to transfer Bambi’s 40% shares to Imlek control in order to consolidate overall business, the General Manager with DFFG, Slobodan Petrovic, has announced today.
- According to our previous plans and statements where we informed public on consolidation of our overall business under Imlek, yesterday we published the first transfer transaction of Bambi shares to Imlek – he said.
Yesterday, shares and bonds turnover at the Belgrade Stock Exchange reached 798.456.599 dinars or 6.791.803 euros and block trading in Bambi Banat shares, totaling 738.225.500 dinars takes the credit for that..
Petrovic announced that yesterday’s transactions will continue in the upcoming period.
- Then, the next step is to carry out the same with Suboticka mlekara – Petrovic said.
According to the Central Registry data, Danube Foods Group, within which Imlek, Bambi and Suboticka mlekara operate, owns 59.59% of Bambi shares.
Then Banka Intesa with 10 % shares in Bambi will follow, Claycroft limited" with 6.49%, Bambi Banat with 5%, etc.
