Loznica-based bankrupt company, Zidar, sold for 8.2 million dinars

Loznica-based construction company, Zidar, which went bankrupt was sold to Ninic line from Loznica after the board of creditors accepted the offered price of 8.2 million dinars, it was announced at the Agency for Privatization web site.

The Agency released the sales of the bankruptcy debtor July 10 by indirect selling but only one offer was submitted.

Sine the estimated value of a debtor was 48.6 million dinars andthe offer smaller than half of the sum, the board of creditors had to give its opinion of sales.

New owner bought Zidar as a legal entity with complete property containing concrete construction of unfinished market in Loznica city center, apartments in a building in Mala settlement and land at the Drina.

The construction company Zidar used to be one of the largest construction companies in west Serbia but went bankrupt in mid May, 2004.

The company had 640 staff that were then registered at the National Employment Agency.
