Sava Zivotno Osiguranje's capital increased by about EUR 450,000
Slovenia's Sava Re has completed a RSD 52.4 million (about EUR 450,000) recapitalization of its Serbia-based subsidiary Sava Zivotno Osiguranje.
The company's share capital now amounts to RSD 296.9 million, that is, about EUR 2.6 million, Sava Re announced on the website of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
Last year Sava Re completed a EUR 2.5 million recapitalization of Macedonia-based Sava Tabak and a EUR 1.5 million recapitalization of the Croatian insurance company Velebit.
