Every municipality to get industrial or working zone - What has new Vojvodina Government promised?

The Vojvodina Parliament appointed provincial government which will cover 11 departments and in the third mandate it would be headed by deputy leader of the Democratic Party (DS), Bojan Pajtic.

In his expose, Pajtic said that the Vojvodina Government has key problems of trade and systems to solve such as incompetence, high public consumption, lack of investments, corruption and inefficient public administration.

-We need genuine rule of law, essential to attract foreign investments and faster penetration of economy to foreign market, continuation of restitution of private property and preventing private interests from alienating public property. Our country must carry out political benchmark from Copenhagen, to implement agreement with Pristina, to carry out regulations of the Agreement on Stabilization and Joining. We will have to save funds equally. The Assembly and the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina will never hesitate to support republic authorities and institutions in cooperation and help in achieving these objectives but also we will never hesitate to stop every attempt of decrease or reducing the thing which belongs to Vojvodina or to their citizens.

Bojan Pajtic pointed out the most important tasks:

The first: To use everything candidacy for the European Union and European Funds offer, which thus become available.

The second: To provide every Vojvodina municipality with industrial or working zone.

The third: To continue program of supporting new technologies in small and medium-sized companies and to enable all domestic and foreign investors to hire staff at the most favorable terms.

The fourth: To enable for every agricultural workers in Vojvodina do make his own decision what he will produce, but to know to what extent the state will support him and how much he can sell at the stable market with clear rules. Investing in infrastructure, associations of agricultural workers, intensifying agricultural production and placement of final products to the world market is the only right way in a society with developed agricultural field which Vojvodina must be.

The fifth: To apply recipe of successful Vojvodina municipalities inattracting foreign investors in all Vojvodina places. This recipe is one andonly – constant reform implementation.

The sixth: To start the program of full employment of the most expert unemployed people but also to stimulate employment in families where none of the members work or are of poor financial condition. More jobs, trade and agriculture development are our primary objectives. Therefore, the meeting of the first Vojvodina Government will be held with experts and the most responsible people for the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina and the Associationof agricultural worker. The objectives of Vojvodina trade and agriculture, especially exporters’ ones are our objectives as well. We will set up trade and agricultural council of Vojvodina. We will define common strategy and solve problems in line with priorities.

The seventh: We should continue capital investing in key trafficarteries, bridges and a tunnel through Fruska gora.

The eight and the ninth: To open Kamenica 2 in the upcoming period and to start building new Clinical center of Vojvodina. To make Vojvodina European because of its health institutions. In Vojvodna no one can be afraid of disease and of impossible healing.

The tenth: Capitalism might be the most efficient and the most productive, but we require social justice as well. Less greediness, more carefor safety and people security. We should be led by simple principles, I deeply believe in. The purpose of economy is not profit but welfare of all people. Politicians do not rule but serve people. Economic growth itself is not an objective but means to develop more righteous human society.

The eleventh: Report of all relevant European institutions point out that the national minorities issue in Vojvodina has decently been solved. We think of it as solved only if we continue solving it. Human and minority rights, freedom and commitments must always be defended, upgraded and develop.

The twelfth: We want our young and expert people to return from abroad and to keep in Vojvodina all of them graduated here, we want to remove all young people for the streets and kids and the youth to going for sports and culture for free, with experts’s care we will hire together.
