Second phase of construction of business complex "Airport City Belgrade" started - total value of investment amounts to 120m EUR

- Five years ago, we started the project for construction of business park with the vision and determination that it should become the symbol of Belgrade. Few days ago, international organization OECD declared "Airport City Belgrade" the greatest greenfield investment in Serbia – said Gili Dekel, general manager of "Airport City Belgrade".

According to his words, the second phase of construction of that business park is identical to the first one, during which two business buildings with over 20,000 square meters of office space were built.

Let us remind that "Airport City Belgrade" is the property of Israeli companies "Africa Israel" and "Tidhar". The center will be built for the sake of long-term rental and, once it is completed, it will occupy surface of 126,000 square meters.

The investors decided that this business park be built in the center of Novi Beograd, on the location of old airport. It is very good location when having in mind that it is only 900 meters away from E-75 highway and that it takes about 10-minute car driving to reach international airport in Surčin.
