Highest water slides in Serbia ready for guests - Aqua park in Arandjelovac opened June 16th

As of Saturday, 16 June 2012, fun lovers who want to cool down in these hot summer days can do that in an aqua park within the hotel and tourist complex Izvor in Arandjelovac.

This water oasis will be open every day between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Situated only 75 kilometers away from Belgrade (an hour of driving), this 5.5-hectare aqua park features unique facilities that will charm both kids and adults. A six-floor tower and twelve water slides for adults contribute to a real adrenaline-pumping experience. The aqua park also offers one of the most extreme slides of the latest generation - Turbo Lance, which is as much as 22 meters high.

Children will be charmed by three special slides and a number of water attractions (cobra, frog, penguin, octopus, dolphin, rabbit, mushroom, rainbow). In accordance with the world standards, the aqua park Izvor also comprises the following facilities: a cafe pizzeria with a sandwich bar, a restaurant (under preparation), playgrounds for children, tennis, basketball and futsal courts, an amphitheater, locker rooms and a parking lot.

In addition to regular bus lines, a special bus transport is organized in cooperation with BS Tours, which will operate buses every day from the Usce Shopping Center and Savski Square in Belgrade to the aqua park in Arandjelovac. On the opening day, transport will be free of charge for all passengers who make the booking with BS Tours, people at the aqua park Izvor told our web portal.

The aqua park Izvor is not only a source of fun, but also a source of health. The healing characteristics of natural spring water and air in Bukovicka spa resort are already well-known. All three swimming pools within the aqua park are filled with mineral water, so that the visitors will quickly feel beneficial effects on their entire body, particularly skin.

The complex also includes the luxury five-star hotel Izvor, which comprises a prestigious spa&wellness center with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, congress rooms, restaurants, bars, bowling alley and a fitness center.

When asked how many visitors were expected at the aqua park, Vesna Vlatkovic, marketing and PR manager of A Hoteli hotel chain, said:

- Bearing in mind that the aqua park Izvor is modeled after certain world-famous aqua parks with almost identical features and that it is only an hour of driving away from Belgrade, we hope to attract a large number of visitors. The biggest crowds are definitely expected on weekends, but we also believe that many families will recognize all benefits of a longer stay at Izvor hotel, in the case of which they will be able to use all accompanying facilities for free, including the aqua park, without limitation.
