Prince Nikola Petrović Njegoš to buy tourist complex "Jadran Perast"

The Consortium, the member of which is prince Nikola Petrović Njegoš, offered the highest price for privatization of tourist complex "Jadran Perast", whereas the group whose member is former president of the Montenegrin Social-Democratic Party Žarko Rakčević offered the highest price for Petrovac-based hotel "Villa Oliva".

The tender commission of Montenegrin Privatization Council has opened five bids for procurement of 70.78% of stocks of "Jadran Perast" and two offers for purchase of "Villa Oliva", which belongs to "Budvanska rivijera".

The Consortium, which consists of "off shore" companies from the islands of Jersey and Bahamas - "Kapri holdings" and "Boka fond", Spanish "Stein group" and councillor architect prince Nikola Petrović Njegoš, offered 6.6m EUR for stocks of "Jadran Perast" and 17.3m EUR worth of investments.
