Paracin offers free 25-are construction lots to SMEs

Municipality of Paracin offers several construction lots in Zmic Industrial Zone to owners of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs for long-term rent free of charge providing that the future tenants build production facilities on these lots and employ new workers, Paracin Mayor Sasa Paunovic told Tanjug news agency Friday (23 March 2012).

As Paunovic stressed, each lot spans 25 ares, but all those interested can also rent a smaller lot.

- There are already some interested businessmen who have filed a request and will soon be granted a construction lot - Paunovic said, adding that the municipality was expecting much more requests in the future.

- Based on the allotment of construction lots for the period of 99 years, the municipality of Paracin plans to provide jobs in Zmic for minimum 1,600 new workers, which is not little given that over 2,000 stores, small and medium-sized enterprises operate in that municipality - said Paunovic.
