ILIĆ: Consortium led by "Mostogradnja" disqualified for not meeting criteria
Serbian Minister of Capital Investments Velimir Ilić stated that the European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development (EBRD) and European Investment Bank (EIB) had disqualified domestic consortium led by "Mostogradnja" from the competition for the construction of bridge across Beška because it did not meet criteria.
Ilić pointed out that that decision would be announced by those two banks at the meeting next week, when that job would be given to some other contractor.
Minister said that the Government had been supporting the domestic consortium as much as it could, but, in the end, they ought to realize the seriousness of European competition, international tenders and criteria that were necessary to be met.
