Slovenian company "Terme Olimpija" starts construction of spa resort complex in Inđija, investment worth 20-25m EUR

Slovenian company "Terme Olimpija" would start construction of modern spa resort complex in Inđija in 2007, manager of that company, Zdravko Počivalšek, announced.

He said that Inđija was very interesting location, because it was half way between Belgrade and Novi Sad.

Spa resort center will have 5,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor water surfaces, it will encompass hotel with 300 beds, wellnes-sauna center and congress center with several halls. Complete business will be finished in 2.5 years, whereas, already in a year, the thermal part of future spa resort complex will be finished.

The owner of Italian industrial zone in Inđija, Nebojša Kaljević, said that his company in Inđija had bought 100 ha of building land, adding that one trade center would be built on surface of 30 ha, whereas the rest of tha land would be divided in parcels of 10 ha each.

According to his estimate, the level of investments in the following 10 years in the Italian Industrial zone will reach level of about 500m EUR.
