Serbia and Japan to work on introducing quantum and digital technologies in postal services in our country
As announced by the Office, this is envisaged in the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of digital technologies that was signed in February.
At the meeting which took place on Monday, the delegation of Toshiba, led by the company’s vice president, Tomoaki Kumagai, presented its development and innovative solutions, as well as its 150-year-long history of business operations.
– The aim of the Office for IT and eGovernment is to develop a national network in order to secure safe next-generation communications systems. The Office for IT and eGovernment strives to work on solutions for the growing cyber-security challenges – the announcement says.
Jovanovic suggested to Toshiba representatives to consider the possibility of opening their Innovation Center within the future Innovation District in Kragujevac, whose construction is a responsibility of the Office for IT and eGovernment.
