Belgrade company Winer a export interested in purchasing Simpo factory in Vranje

The company Winer a export doo Beograd, headquartered in the municipality of Vozdovac, has again contacted the Ministry of Economy as an interested buyer for the Simpo factory in Vranje.

In the Letter of Intent, the company explains that it understands the strategic and economic significance of the company Simpo.

– Our company wants to take over Simpo A.D., not due to the sale of real estate, but we want take over all the employees, their rights, as well as all the obligations toward the debtors and creditors. We want to enable the continuation of the production and the modernization of the factory itself – they say at Winer a export.

The Belgrade-based company notes that the future of the Simpo factory is of great importance primarily for the employees, but also for the entire community in which this local giant has been operating for years.
