Negotiations about minimum wage in 2025 to begin
The minimum wage in Serbia this year is around RSD 47,000, and the proposition of the Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia is for it to be RSD 61,858 in 2025.
According to the official data, minimum wage is paid to around 99,000 workers, but the trade unions claim that there are many more of those who earn that much a month.
Let us remind that the Association of Free and Independent Trade Unions of Serbia has proposed an hourly minimum wage of RSD 364.28, whereby the monthly minimum wage for 168 work hours would be RSD 61,286, for 176 work hours it would be RSD 64,209, and for 184 work hours it would be RSD 67,123.
