The area of the Continental factory in Kac to be tripled - Production and assembly of auto parts is being tripled to another 6.7 ha
With the current 30,000 m2 of production, office and warehouse space, the complex in Kac, in which EUR 140 million has been invested so far, will be expanded by additional 6.7 ha, according to the Urban Planning Project for the construction of the third phase of the Continental Automotive business complex in Novi Sad, prepared by PE Urbanizam Novi Sad.
As previously announced, Continental plans to invest an additional EUR 150 million in Serbia and create another 1,500 workplaces.

Continental's factory in Kac is its largest in Europe, and it is expected that the factory's exports will exceed EUR one billion in two years. Continental also opened a research and development center in Serbia six years ago, which employs about a thousand highly qualified experts in the automotive industry.
