Tender announced for expert supervision of the reconstruction and change of purpose of the former Belgrade Main Railway Station into a Historical Museum facility

The Historical Museum of Serbia has announced a tender for expert supervision services for the reconstruction, adaptation and rehabilitation of the Belgrade Main Railway Station and the change of its use to the Historical Museum facility.

According to the documentation, the subject of procurement is professional monitoring of works (construction and craft works, external and internal hydro-technical installations, external and internal power installations, transformer stations, heating substation, telecommunication installations, mechanical thermo-technical installations, fire extinguishing, elevators, diesel generators, etc.).

The approach to reconstruction, as explained, can be divided into several parts - reconstruction of the entrance part and the passage to the platforms, reconstruction of the basement and separation of the attic, renovation of the ceilings of the first floor, reconstruction of the staircase and installation of the planned elevators, fulfillment of all museological criteria, the creation of a new transformer station, a space for a diesel generator and a technical roof terrace.

The deadline for submitting bids is August 23.
