Existing highways in Serbia to be turned into “smart” highways – Telekom Srbija and Mihajlo Pupin Institute preparing project
The new European Commission directive proscribes that all new cars produced in the EU have to have equipment for direct communication with highway software installed.
– That means that, in the coming years, you will no longer be able to speed, because the car will read the signs instead of you, if there are people who don’t know how to read them, and there are – said the minister of construction, transport and infrastructure of Serbia, Goran Vesic.
