Obtaining of permits for Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic Narodni Front in Bezanijska Kosa in progress – Construction of facility of 55,000 m2 announced

The minister of health of Serbia, Zlatibor Loncar, has stated that the obtaining of the necessary permits for the construction of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic Narodni Front in Bezanijska Kosa is in progress and that he expects the permits to be obtained in nine to ten months, the competent ministry announced.

– We expect all the permits to be obtained and all the tendering documentation to be completed in the next nine to ten months, that is, to carry out all the procedures that are necessary, to select the contractor and to start the works – Loncar told the press after visiting the Center for Nuclear Medicine of the University Clinical Center of Serbia with the prime minister of Serbia, Milos Vucevic.

He added that the facility would have more than 55,000 square meters and that it would be a state-of-the-art facility.

Let us remind that Loncar announced earlier that the construction of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic Narodni Front in Bezanijska Kosa would cost EUR 120 million.

In August last year, the Government of Serbia adopted the decision which determined a public interest for expropriation, that is, an administrative transfer of real estate, to the end of building a facility for gynecology and obstetrics and scientific research activities.

This pertains to the real estate next to the Clinical Hospital Center Bezanijska Kosa.
