Showroom of EXPO 2027 in Belgrade center from next year

The showroom of the specialized world exhibition EXPO 2027 will be available in the Belgrade center, on the ground floor of the building at 5 Kralja Milana Street, from next year, announced the company EXPO 2027. As said, all citizens of Belgrade and guests of the capital city will be able to learn the information about the exhibit itself, it’s content and program.

In addition to that, an exhibition section is being prepared as well, so that EXPO 2027 would be presented to those interested in the best way possible.

The company EXPO 2027 Belgrade says that the works on the preparation of the specialized exhibition are in progress and that, in November, the participating states will start applying and announcing the content that will be available to the visitors during the three months of the event.

The director of the company EXPO 2027, Dusan Borovcanin, said that the majority of the program would be known after the application of the participating countries, which would organize lectures, presentations, performances and participation of their biggest music and sport stars and the most influential lecturers.

– The citizens are impatient to learn what the space of the exhibit itself will look like. That is why, from next year already, in the very center of Belgrade, we will have a multifunctional space where everybody will be able to get information about what awaits us in 2027 – he said.

It is also specified that the building which will house the seat of EXPO 2027 is a work of the architect Relja Kostic and his wife and that it is currently in the phase of adaptation and revitalization, considering that the current façade has broken windows and that it is not in line with the modern energy efficiency requirements.

The new features on the building, preserving the memory of the deceased architect and his idea, will complement and increase the quality of the facility, providing a working and exhibition space for the needs of a successful realization of the specialized exhibition EXPO 2027 Belgrade, the press release says.

It is reminded that the EXPO 2027 exhibition will be held in Belgrade from May 15 through August 17, 2027, with the theme “Play for Humanity: Sports and Music for All”.

During the 92 days of the event in Belgrade, more than three million visitors and representatives of over 120 countries are expected to gather in Belgrade, presenting their view of the exhibition’s theme.
