“Tobogan” overpass to be demolished, new one toward Banovo Brdo to be built – Looking for company for control of technical documentation

The Belgrade Land Development Public Agency has opened the tender for the technical control of the technical documentation for the construction of the overpass in Kirovljeva Street, and the procurement has been estimated at RSD 3.3 million, without the VAT.

In this location, there is already an overpass, which is in a bad condition and which is used only for light passenger traffic.

Bus and cargo traffic which flows toward Banovo Brdo is redirected toward the Hipodrom interchange, which leads to an additional slowing down of the traffic in the direction toward Banovo Brdo and Rakovica. The existing structure of the overpass, which is in a bad condition, is slated to be demolished, because the route of the newly designed overpass and the accompanying ramps, according to the plan, does not match the route of the existing overpass.

In addition to the construction of the new overpass, it is also necessary to reconstruct and expand the existing access roads.
