Matej Zakonjšek, director of the Permanent Secretariat of the Transport Community, says that over 70% of the relevant legislation of the EU is yet to be transposed in the whole region. Filip Radulović, Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Montenegro, announces that an investment of EUR 8 billion is planned in the construction of 480 km of highways and fast routes. His colleague Edin Forto, Minister of Communications and Transport of Bosnia and Herzegovina, expects Corridor Vc to be completed by 2030. Slobodan Aćimović, professor at the Faculty of Economics, believes that nothing will be like before and that logistics as well will have to adapt to the new circumstances.
