- Our goal is to provide a greater selection of locations for picking up parcels and thereby further improve user satisfaction - said Dragan Milenković, head of `out of home` delivery operations at Dexpress: - Reminder, we were the first in Serbia to present a network of parcel-lockers, and by opening new locations, we will provide users with greater flexibility and easier pick-up of parcels whenever and wherever it suits them. Investment in infrastructure and technology is key to maintaining the high level of service our customers expect and deserve.

Dexpress parcel lockers are currently located in over 180 frequent locations in 60 cities in Serbia, such as gas stations, large retail chains and shopping malls. The planned expansion includes the installation of new parcel-lockers in new key places throughout Serbia, which will bring their number to over 250. These devices provide a quick and easy way to pick up parcels, so that parcels are practically waiting for users.
