The access road from the highway to Nikola Tesla Airport becomes a state road - the illegal parking is being removed

The Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Goran Vesić, said today that, at his suggestion, the Government of Serbia amended the Decree on Road Classification, which made the access road from the highway to the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade a state road under the jurisdiction of the Ministry and Roads of Serbia.

Vesić said that the Ministry is familiar with the case of the construction of an illegal parking lot on the road leading from the Belgrade-Sid highway to the Nikola Tesla Airport, as well as that protective fences were breached to ensure the entrance and exit from that wild parking lot.

- On my initiative, the Government of the Republic of Serbia adopted the Decree by which this road became a national road. This means that taking care of traffic, along which the wild parking lot was created, the ministry of which I am the head takes over from the jurisdiction of the City of Belgrade. The regulation will enter into force next Saturday - Vesić said on Facebook.
