Delta Maxi's Offer for 4 Companies' Shares Announced
Central Securities Registry of Serbia has announced today offers by retail chain "Delta Maxi" for the takeover of Belgrade companies "Pekabeta", "C market" and "Zvezdara" and "TP Serbia" from Kragujevac.
"Delta Maxi" has been previously the majority owner of four trading companies. The offer was made for the remaining shares from minority shareholders who have been given the deadline until 23rd August to give the order to sell shares.
It has been offered for take over 30.56% of shares from "Pekabeta" at a price of 7.220 dinars per share, 1.62% of shares of "C market" at a price of 32,000 dinars, 32.73% of shares of "Zvezdara" at a price of 700 dinars and 21, 76% of shares from TP "Serbia" at a cost of up to 500 dinars.
Offer does not apply to the 23.23% shares of "C market", which are publicly owned.
