According to "Dnevnik", they offer about 200 EUR for single stock of Mercator, whereas Istrabenz and Brewer Pivovarna Laško offered 150 EUR. The offer for takeover could be announced by London-based fund Ashmore Investment Management with Serbian-Russian capital connected to Beko. The question is, "Dnevnik" writes, whether Serbs plan this takeover in cooperation with some of the key people in Mercator.
