Gathering in Belgrade "Real estate market in south eastern Europe" - Belgrade - center of the regional real estate market?

Economist Media Group announces a significant regional conference "Real estate market in South Eastern Europe: Challenges and future development."

The conference would have opened discussions on the subjects: How much is the real estate market in South Eastern Europe developmed and how big is the role of this market in the development of regional economies? Are there any "trends" which influence on all the countries in the region sooner or later? The the participants of the Conference there will also be presented porblems of property rights regarding the land and the ways to solve those problems in the countries in the region. one of the most interesting discussions will certainley be about up to day experiences in financing the development of the real estate market and leasing of real estate in South Eastern Europe, as well as discussion about the key reasons for appearance of numerous investment funds on the balkan markets in the last few years. This weeks conference of Economist Media Group will also try to answer the question weather the market of residential space has a possibility to grow or there is a risk of saturation?

The conference will be opened on March, 29th, at 5 P.M. in the Parliament building of the city of Belgrade, by Mr Nenad Bogdanovic, the mayor of Belgrade. On the conference: "Real estate market in South Eastern Europe: Challenges and future development" will also speak experts from the areas of theory and practice, representatives of state institutions, presidents and directors of the largest companies from the area of real estate market. On the first day (March, 29th) in the Belgrade's city Parliament, besides the mayor Nenad Bogdanovic, would also speak:
