Roads of Serbia, and National association of highways of Italy have signed an Agreement of cooperation, first action - study of justification of the highway Belgrade-Temisvar
The company Roads of Serbia and National association of highways of Italy (ANAS) signed on March, 24th, 2006 in Belgrade, an Agreement of intentions of program cooperation, which would allow exchange of experience and technologies.
General director of the Roads of Serbia Branko Jocic announced that the Agreement would allow beginning of cooperation with ANAS on making a study of justification of the highway Belgrade-Temisvar.
The member of the Managers board ANAS Giovanni Batista Papello pointed that the Italian institution would help in accessing the funds of EU for planning and construction of highway from Belgrade through Banat up to the border with Romania. He said that the main goal of cooperation of departments for roads of Italy and Serbia was exchange of experiences, research results and knowledge, and conduction of joint development projects and programs.
