Telekom Srbija to Pay Dividend to Shareholders on December 27

The telecommunications company Telekom Srbija has notified the shareholders that dividend payment will be made on December 27, in the gross amount of RSD 8.40 per share. The dividend day, that is, the date on which the list of the shareholders who have the right to dividend payment is determined, is June 20, 2023, the company announced.

– The day of the calculation for dividend payment will be December 26. Dividend payment to the shareholder Republic of Serbia will be made by direct payment from the account of the company, in line with the instructions of the competent organs of Serbia. To all other shareholders, dividend payment will be made through the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House. We invite the shareholders whose finance instrument account at a member of the Central Register was closed in the period between the dividend day (June 20, 2023) and the date of the publication of this notice to submit instructions with the data about the name of the bank, the member of the Central Register to which they have transferred the shares for the purposes of receiving the funds based on dividend payment, by December 25 this year – says the announcement of Telekom Srbija, which was signed by CEO Vladimir Lucic.
