Third Phase of Preparation of Spatial Plan for Construction of National Stadium to Follow – Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade Invited to Take Part in Negotiation Procedure

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has announced the negotiation procedure for the procurement of the services of the preparation of the third phase of the Spatial Plan of the Special-Purpose Area for the National Football Stadium.

The subject of the procurement are the services of spatial planning and landscaping, and the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade has been invited to take part in the negotiation procedure.

The fact that the area covered by the plan which is the subject of the public procurement procedure is located in its entirety in the territory of the City of Belgrade, and that the Urban Planning Institute of Belgrade is the carrier of the exclusive right of carrying out the activities of urban and spatial city planning of cities, settlements and spaces, is cited as the reason for the awarding of the contract without opening a public call.

The value of the job has been estimated at around RSD 19.17 million.
