New Investor Arriving to Stara Pazova – Hessen Refrigeration to Build Facility for Production of Cooling Devices

Hessen Refrigeration plans to build a new business-production facility with two floors (including the ground floor), in Stara Pazova. According to the urban project, which the municipality of Stara Pazova has put up for a public presentation, the plan is to build a workshop for the production of cooling devices with an administrative part and a warehouse space.

The company was registered in the Serbian Business Registers Agency in February this year, and it produces cooling and air-conditioning equipment, except for households.

The parcel on which the construction is planned is owned by Niksan doo from Nova Pazova and Hessen Refrigeration from Stara Pazova.

According to the project, the construction of the following structures is planned: a business-production facility with two floors (including the ground floor); and internal asphalt-paved traffic route; a parking lot with 38 parking spaces (36 on concrete cubes and 2 on grass block pavers); waste disposal areas; and green areas.

The future facility will be split into two functional units, mutually linked by internal connections.

The new facility will encompass around 1,500 m2 of warehouse space, where raw materials and production part are planned to be stored, as well as a production facility of around 1,000 m2, where the process of shaping and assembling the cooling equipment should take place. The administrative part of the facility encompasses the ground floor and the frontal part of the upper floor (toward the street parcel).

The main designer of the urban project is Strih doo Belgrade, and the public presentation lasts until August 22.
