Jovanovic: Export of information and telecommunication services up to EUR 4 billion in 2023

Minister of Information and Telecommunications Mihailo Jovanovic told the media yesterday that the export of information and telecommunication (ICT) services could reach a record four billion euros in 2023.

At the "Uganda Connect: Uganda-Balkan Summit" conference in Belgrade, he pointed out that, in 2022, the export of ICT services reached a record EUR 2.7 billion, whereas the export of ICT services in the first five months of 2023 amounted to EUR 1.34 billion, which represents a growth of 40.9% compared to the same period last year.

- That is why we are optimistic that in 2023 we could reach the amount of EUR 4 billion in the export of ICT services - Minister Jovanovic said.
