Free Participation for Domestic Companies at Business Event “Farete” in Bologna

As a representative office of the most important Italian business association Confindustria, Confindustria Serbia has been chosen as Ambassador of FARETE 2023 for the whole Balkan region, whose aim this year is to find, identify and select local companies and potential participants at this business event. Confindustria Serbia will also organize both the trip and stay for the companies selected and participating from the whole Balkan area.

The participation of companies from the Balkan region (hereinafter “international buyers”) is free of charge. The participation of “international buyers” will fall under the umbrella of the International Club area in FARETE 2023, where previously selected Italian companies interested in meeting international buyers will be concentrated. The participation includes:

- Travel expenses

- Two nights at a 4* hotel

- Food and beverage during the FARETE 2023 event

- Transfer from the station or airport in Italy to the hotel and back

- B2b meetings with Italian companies that registered for the "International Club"

To be eligible, an “international buyer” needs to satisfy the following conditions:

- Website in English language

- At least 20 employees

- knowledge of English or Italian

FARETE focus sectors are metal processing, food and agribusiness, automotive, packaging industry, electronics, processing and treatment of plastics.

Note: When completing the application form and in order to have your application approved, it is mandatory to list at least 3 Italian companies you would like to meet, as well as to specify the motivation for each of them.

Key figures of the 2021 FARETE edition:

- 18,000 visitors

- More than 550 exhibitors

- 30,000 m2 exhibition space

- 75 international buyers from 21 countries, resulting in 700 B2B meetings

- Over 100 B2B meetings between exhibitors

- 90 workshops
