Imlek to form Industrijske Nekretnine company

The company Imlek has announced a draft decision on the separation and formation of a new company - Industrijske Nekretnine a.d. (Industrial Properties). All properties of Imlek will be transferred to the new company.

- We still don't know how investors will react to that information and when the company's assembly is going to discuss that draft decision - Vaso Dulovic, a broker at KBC Securities, told Beta news agency.

As he explained, the effects of that move will be visible in Imlek's balance sheet since the assets and properties of Imlek will be reduced.

- It is possible that the reaction of investment funds will be negative because they will remain stakeholders in the company that has alienated part of its capacities and given the shares of a real estate company to investors in return - Mr. Dulovic said commenting on the company's news and trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange.

As he added, investors may decide to sell their stakes in Imlek because this move is against the principles of investing.
