"Holiday Inn" rises in Nis

Nis will, during the month of August, get the most luxurious hotel which will have the licence "Holiday Inn". That is, the company "Euroinvest" from Belgrade is working on the complete reconstruction of the existing "Nis" hotel, the investitor - "Serbia tours" will spend around 6.5 millions of euros.

Only the construction will remain from the old building, because the newest, and the most modern age materials are build in. The Hotel will have 106 rooms and 5 suites. Then, it will have a large multifunctional banket hall, which will serve for conferences and rearranged for bankets as well. There will also be a small meeting room with video-conference and and business-office. Besides that, it's being planned to bring in a fitness room and a spa center with jacuzzi and massaging. In words, the hotel will be of high category with 4 stars - as explained by Mr. Darko Radovic from Euroinvest, a company that also built "Delta" building, Special court building...

This hotel, as said in Euroinvest, is supposed to get today a licence of "Holiday Inn" from the Executive Board of International Hotel group in Brussels.

This practically means that all services in Nis' "Holiday Inn" will be as anywhere around the world "Holiday Inn" hotels, concerning the staff, services...
