Galens Invest to take over Nasa Banka from Bijeljina

Galens Invest from Novi Sad and its daughter company will take over Nasa Banka from Bijeljina, Indikator.ba portal reports.

As per the article, GI Finance Zvornik, previously acquired by Galens Invest on March 31, owns 11.49% shares in Nasa Banka and has announced its offer to take over the remaining shares of this bank.

- In the public offering, GI Finance will act together with its parent company Galens Invest, which owns 22.24 shares, and with D.o.o. G - Inzenjering Zvornik, which owns 4.13% in Nasa Banka - the announcement states.
