International rail traffic between Montenegro and Serbia will be re-established on March 30, as announced on the TV show “Mreza” on TVCG by Jovana Jovanovic of the Montenegrin rail company “Zeljeznicki Prevoz Crne Gore”. As she said, the reasons for stopping the traffic between March 25 and 29 were the works on infrastructural capacities at the Zemun station in the territory of Serbia.

– In accordance with the explanation that we received from the company Srbijavoz, international rail traffic was temporarily stopped between March 25 to 29. The reason are the works on infrastructural capacities at the Zemun station. On March 30, the international night train starts operating in line with the regular schedule from Bar and from Zemun again – Jovanovic said.

She pointed out that the traffic had not been stopped due to malfunctions, but due to the works at the Zemun station, in the territory handled by the Serbian Railways.
