An agreement on the public-private partnership for long-term delivery of heating energy to the central heating system of the PE Novi Dom from the newly installed wood biomass and gas boilers has been signed in Vranje. The agreement worth nearly RSD 5 billion was signed by the mayor of Vranje, Slobodan Milenkovic, the director of the PE Novi Dom Vranje, Goran Petrovic, and the director of the company
Energy Construction from Belgrade, Miroslav Aleksic, according to the official website of the city.
Mayor Milenkovic emphasized on that occasion that, with the realization of the project, the people of Vranje would get central heating at ecologically acceptable standards.
The director of Energy Construction, Miroslav Nikolic, said that the project was a result of the cooperation with the local self-government, which “by taking a proactive approach, set itself apart on time from the other cities which were interested in implementing modern ways of central heating.”
The total value of the project is RSD 4,999,176,000 without the VAT.
