Ekonomist magazine organizes regional conference Real estates market in southeast Europe – challenges and future development, March 29-30, 2006, in hotel Hyatt Regency, Belgrade

How developed is the real estates market in southeast Europe and what is the importance of the role of that market in development of regional economies? Are there “trends“ that, sooner or later, influence all countries in the region?

In addition to the answers to all these questions, the participants in the Conference will, also, be represented the survey of the latest trends and happenings i the region, as well as the problems with land ownership rights and the possible solutions designed by the countries in the region. It will be interesting to hear which of the regulations will be introduced in order to stimulate development of the market and which are the effects of these regulations in the real estates sector, as well as what is the potential of the regional market.
