BESICO industrial property developer has announced an obtained building permit for their new project BESICO Park Belgrade North. The construction is ready to start of the first "Hall A" with a total leasable area of 17,585 m2.
This project of logistics and production halls is in "A" class standard, while the total leasable area of the halls will be 46,077 m2.
BESICO Park Belgrade North is located only 30 km from the center of Belgrade and 50 km from the center of Novi Sad by the road, with good accessibility to highway to Greece, Bulgaria, Hungary only 1 km to both directions.
