"Luv - braća Šarac" bought 65 new buses- €7.8m, "Miškomerc" purchased 50, "Banbus" procured 20
Petar Šarac, the owner of public transportation company "Luv - braća Šarac" signed the contract worth €7.5m on procurement of 65 buses with Srećko Nijemčević, director of "Ikarbus", and Johan Hefler, director of leasing company "S -Leasing". The buses in question are "Ikarbus" buses equipped with Euro 3 engines and up-to-date electronic displays that show name and the number of the bus line.
By procurement of these buses, Šarac is getting ready for forthcoming open competition on distribution of bus lines and he expects that his company will obtain 65 departures in order to employ all new buses.
"Miškomerc" company is also preparing for the tender and it announces that 50 new MAZ buses will soon be delivered to it from Belarus.
"Banbus" company is in the same mood - this company has already bought 20 buses and they plan to procure another 10.
