Beresheet Hotel (Mitzpe Ramon, Israel)

Featuring 34 luxurious suites with private pool and characteristic stone walls, spa center and restaurant. Beresheet is set on a cliff at the edge of the Ramon Crater in the Negev Desert. Ramon Crater is the largest natural crater in the world, it is 40 km long, 10 km wide and 500 meters deep, and is shaped like an elongated heart.

Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort (Lapland, Finland)

This hotel provides a unique experience and it is one of the 11 best hotels in Lapland. It offers accommodation in glass igloos and has the world’s largest smoke sauna. The igloos are made from thermal glass, keeping guests warm in Arctic conditions. All have luxury beds and a private toilet.

Igloo Village Kakslauttanen has four restaurants, including two in a traditional Laplander hut. Each restaurant serves Laplandic specialties such as reindeer and
char-grilled salmon. The hotel’s smoke sauna even has its own restaurant, Savusauna.

Featherbed Railroad Bed and Breakfast Resort (California, USA)

This resort won as the Northern California’s most unique rural bed and breakfast. At the Featherbed Railroad, you get to stay in one of nine theme-decorated vintage railroad cabooses set in a park-like setting overlooking their private boat launch, beach and pier. It is located right on the shore of Clear Lake in Northern California’s Lake County.

The Magic Mountain Lodge (Huilo-Huilo, Chile)

A fairy tale in the midst of the Chilean Patagonian Rainforest. The Oberoi Udaivilas (Udaipur, India)

Located on the bank of Lake Pichola, The Oberoi, Udaivilas stands on the 200-year-old hunting grounds of the Maharana of Mewar. Spread over a luxurious fifty acres, which includes a twenty-acre wildlife sanctuary with deer and wild boar.

The Oberoi Udaivilas affords spectacular views across the verdant gardens and sparkling Lake Pichola. The hotel’s intricate layout of interconnecting domes and corridors reflects the layout of Udaipur itself whose seven lakes are linked by canals. Barefoot luxury meets unpretentious style at this five star hotel in the Maldives. Home to whale sharks, manta rays, dolphins and turtles, Conrad Maldives is set on two islands and is reached by a 30-minute seaplane flight.
